Welcome to Gargano: arrival in Vieste
Arrival in Bari (airport or train station). According to your arrival time, a private driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area, holding a sign with your name.If you are staying at a hotel in Bari, pick-up will be arranged directly from your hotel.*
Private transfer to Vieste, a charming seaside village surrounded by white cliffs and emerald sea.
Check-in at Hotel Scialì for 2 night-stay (or similar).

Sea caves and relaxation on the sea of Vieste
Breakfast.
9:00 AM – Meeting point At the Vieste harbor.
9:30 AM – Boarding Set off on a boat excursion to discover the spectacular Gargano sea caves.
Spend the morning exploring natural arches, hidden caves, and crystal-clear waters—an unforgettable experience along one of the most scenic coastlines of southern Italy.
12:30 PM – Return to Vieste
Free afternoon to relax on the beach or explore the surrounding area at your own pace.
OVERNIGHT STAY IN VIESTE
Transfer to Trani
Breakfast.
9.00 meeting with the driver
Private transfer to the town of Trani, the pearl of the Adriatic.
Along the way, stops in Monte Sant’Angelo and San Giovanni Rotondo.
Arrival in Trani expected at 4.30 pm. Check-in at Palazzo Paciotti for 2 night-stay (or similar).

OVERNIGHT STAY IN TRANI
Trani & Castel del Monte, between sea and mysteries
Breakfast.
Departure from Trani for Castel del Monte at 10:00 AM. A detailed guided tour with no lines is available. Return to Trani at 13:00 PM with free time for lunch.
At 16:30 PM, a guided wine tour with a tasting of Moscato di Trani DOC and Murge wines in a historic winery. Return to the hotel at 18:00 PM and overnight stay in Trani.
OVERNIGHT STAY IN TRANI
Taste traditions: burrata, sweets and extra virgin olive oil
Breakfast and check-out.
Meeting point: 9:00 AM at the Church of Santa Teresa, just steps from your hotel. Our team will take care of loading your luggage, then we'll head to a traditional cheese factory for a hands-on experience making mozzarella and burrata, followed by a tasting. We'll continue to a local olive oil mill for an extra virgin olive oil tasting and an introduction to Apulian olive oil production.
Arrival in Bari at 15:00 PM.
Check-in at Hotel Boston or similar, free time.
Meeting point: 18:00 PM in Piazza Federico II di Svevia, at the entrance to the Swabian Castle, for a guided sunset tour of Bari's historic center. Free evening.
OVERNIGHT STAY IN BARI
Alberobello and Polignano a Mare
At 9:00 a.m., meet your driver at your hotel and depart for Alberobello for a guided walk through the trulli district, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with talks with local artisans and stories of local traditions.
We continue to Polignano a Mare, with tasting stops—including traditional focaccia and Polignano's famous coffee—and a walking tour of the historic center and the panoramic terraces overlooking the sea.
Departure for Bari at 14:00 PM. Free afternoon and evening.
OVERNIGHT STAY IN BARI
Matera
Breakfast and check-out.
At 9:00 a.m., meet your driver at your hotel and depart for Matera. Luggage storage is available at the hotel, and at 10:30 a.m., meet your guide for a guided tour of the Sassi district, which includes a visit to a cave dwelling, a rock-hewn church, and a tasting of Amaro Lucano.
The tour ends at 12:30 pm. Free time to explore the city and admire it at sunset.
OVERNIGHT MATERA
From Matera to Lecce: papier-mâché and baroque
Breakfast and check-out.
At 8:30 AM, a private transfer from Matera to Lecce will take place. Check-in at the Hotel President (or similar) for a two-night stay
luggage storage is available.
At 11:30 a.m., a papier-mâché workshop will be held in the shop, followed by an aperitif. A guided tour of the historic center will take in Baroque architecture, churches, courtyards, and Roman ruins, including a traditional coffee and pasticciotto tasting. The tour ends at 17:00 p.m.
Free evening. Night in Lecce.
OVERNIGHT STAY IN LECCE
Otranto & Gallipoli: sea and memory
Breakfast.
At 9:00 am, meet your driver at the hotel and depart for Otranto.
You'll discover Italy's easternmost city aboard a traditional Ape Calessino. You'll explore the historic center, admire the Cathedral with its extraordinary mosaic floor, stroll through the quaint alleys, and enjoy breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea. Free time.
We continue to Gallipoli. Free time for lunch.
In the afternoon, you'll enjoy an Ape Calessino experience through Gallipoli's enchanting historic center, discovering noble palaces, baroque churches, picturesque streets, and spectacular sea views. You'll have free time to soak up the atmosphere of this charming seaside town.
Return to Lecce. Free evening.
OVERNIGHT STAY IN LECCE
Brindisi: sea, memories and fish flavours
Breakfast. 9:00 a.m.: Meet your driver at the hotel and depart for Taranto, the ancient capital of Magna Graecia, for a panoramic tour by Ape Calessino.
11:30 AM: Departure for Brindisi. Ape car tour to discover the port city and its history.
Return to Lecce scheduled for approximately 15:30 PM. Free time.
OVERNIGHT STAY IN LECCE
Grottaglie & Manduria: wine and ceramics
Breakfast. 9:00 a.m.: Meet your driver at the hotel and depart for Manduria.
Guided tour of a typical winery and Primitivo tasting. After the experience, transfer to Grottaglie to visit a ceramics workshop and participate in a small workshop to create a piece.
15:30 PM: Return to Lecce. Free evening.

Return to Bari and end of 12-day tour
Breakfast and check-out.
Meeting point – 10:00 AM Meet your driver and depart for Bari.
Arrival is expected at 12:00 PM. If this timing aligns well with your flight or train schedule, the driver can take you directly to the airport or train station at no extra cost.If your departure is later, we can arrange luggage storage and an additional transfer from Bari city to Bari Airport for a €60 supplement, at the time you indicate.
